Please check if it is installed in the same location because the e "User files" folder is a subfolder of the FSB Pro installation.

If you have uninstalled the previous version, then yes, it deletes its files.

Normally, we install a newer FSB Pro version over the previous one.

The auto-update also preserves the data and the strategies.
