Back Test is Different on MT5

Hello, Its my first time using EA studio Trial version and i generated an Expert Advisor on Gold very simple one but the back test on EA Studio is different than Metatrader.

-On MT5 all trades are in loss.
-Tests running on EightCap - Tickmill Servers both give me Negative
-Tests done on Same days as Premium Data.
-If its a Commission/ Spread issue where do i fill it up inside the generator tap?
It would be great if someone can help me thanks.
