Reason number one for backtest discrepancy is a difference in the historical data.
Please be sure you have the same data in FSB Pro and MT4.
However, the backtest results would be similar for a normal, not-over-optimised strategy.
Please be sure you don't use Volume indicators because the volume differs significantly between brokers.
I use two methods in backtest
every tick ( the most prices ... )
2- open prices only ( fastest... )
