Not sure if EA Studio even does export correct MT4/5 code if it doesn't have that indicator in it's list. Did you try?

Candle color as an exit rule not in EA studio , despite of that EA studio accept it from a strategy produced by EG

1- Is that common behavior ! 

2- It will be beneficiary if added to close logic in EA " it gives a very promising  results ".
