Having different entry logic for long and short is rarely beneficial.
Anyway, it must work out of the box.
To be easier to understand try to develop both strategies separately. I say "both" because having a different log means it is a different strategy.
You can set a "Long or short" indicator to limit the trading in the desired direction.
Then add and adjust your entry rules.
Do the same in the opposite direction.
When everything works fine, try to combine the rules in one strategy by using logical groups.
