Re-import the portfolio back into EA Studio using the validator with acceptance criteria and 'resolve correlations' turned off. You should be therefore able to re-establish the collection of strategies used for the portfolio.

Find the offending strategies to be removed....eg. through a retest over a different date range and eliminate from the collection. Unfortunately you won't be able to use an identifier like a "Magic #" so you need to find the offeding strategy from it's performance when in EA Studio. Therefore make sure you are using the same data source to do this.

Then recompile the portfolio and you should be good to go.
