It is especially true if some indicators use time, because it simplifies things and reduces possible errors one would make!

Even better is to use your broker's data because then you don't have to think about matching timezones.

If using brokers with different time zones, then is better to have 2  EA One for each broker?

Also when applying the FSB Auto trader , the time zone at that level will be irrelevant? Specially if using  brokers with different time zones?
