I can not be of a lot of help, I have never increased the bars.. I use daily and 4 hour data. 50,000 is lots for my purpose

You have to save the CSV files from your MT chart in order to load the complete series.

I do all as described in this post
But as I understand the max import bars setting is in another location....

In file DataSource_MT4History I increased
MaximumBarsLimit to 50 000 000
MaxIntrabarBarsLimit to 100 000 000

But during import of HST files I can't increase the number of bars above 1 mln (the program automatically change this number back to 1 mln)….

The same question is from charvz21 in the mentioned post....He loaded 4,8 mln bars but it was cut to 1 mln despite new settings....
