What makes a confusion is the use of previous bar value for BB. Baseprice is Close, therefore BO uses last verified BB reading, which is at the last closed candle (bar-1).

Please look at the conditions and the chart. The candle does not open below Lower BB.

I did someting similar (not as complex) as you BO-Tester does with MT4. (Im a Developer)
and It is really cool how you implemented  it!
