Here are attached the files fixing the bug with "Moving Average of Oscillator".

Please download and replace the following files:

Put the Moving Average of Oscillator.cs file in
C:\Program Files\Forex Strategy Builder Pro\User Files\Indicators

Put the MovingAverageOfOscillator.mqh file in
C:\Program Files\Forex Strategy Builder Pro\User Files\MT4 Files\MQL\Forexsb.com\Custom

Restart FSB Pro and re-export your expert.
