There is a much better solution. Delete the last two lines of the EA before selling it.

This option can also be disabled for a Light Label integration.

Now you can export an EA from Expert Advisor Studio and import it back later.

This works because the exported Expert Advisors contain condensed information for the EA Studio strategy.
You can import EAs only exported from EA Studio from this and future releases of the app. You cannot import other experts or experts exported before this release.

This feature allows you to save your strategies as EAs and import them to recalculate with newer data or with modifications.
