			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Your Excel is set to work in Bulgarian. It doesn&#039;t accept numbers with dot &#039;.&#039; as numbers. If you see your screenshot, it prints the numbers in the left side of the cells. That means it accept the values as strings. This is the reason it thinks that 1.11 is November 1st. <br />A solution is to change the localisation settings of your windows to GB or USA.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>Hello</p><p>i have an issue with the numbers inside the CSV file.<br />Some of the numbers are recognized as dates. Is that because of the excel that i have on the PC?</p><p>how can i change it and is it affecting the back-tests?</p>]]></content>
