I don't know exactly the value this is Popov creation, you can ask him directly. However I try to find out the best value using the same indicators (IMO),  I can replicate the winning ratio but not the result. Please check this strategy

We are talking about 100 % profit trades, and yes there are , no-one is intereted in them because they arnt gold mines, but over time they are, and over combination of them they accumilate.

RSI = going from 20 and rising
Stockastic = going from 10 and rising
Moving avarages = Rising


With these conditions a pair will VERY seldom hit the required target values, if once every 2 months.
The Idea here is to build up a reposetry of rare trades that everyone knows will work. the more rare trades you have the more profit you can take home at the end of the day, and the higher risk you can take on the trade..

I will post data and keep logs here of what i find
