How many bars? If there is no data, it can be due to difference in the data file format. You can see the FSB format here: Data Files.
If you still have a problem, post several lines of your data file and we will try to solve it.

If I use the data provided from the download, Balance Equity Chart = 0 I used birts data http://eareview.net/tick-data/download-free-tick-data Balance Equity Chart = 0
Even when I use the default EA that comes with the program its always 0
