Post several lines from one of the files to see the data format.

I'm wondering if that is preventing data read-out from the file. Can you try and change number format in your computer's regional settings?

Thanks for your great support and guidance, I checked all the instructions but the problem exists now ,it is question for me that when i installed the FSB on my wife laptop it works well and load  all demo data  , but in my case and my laptop it dose not load primary data like data bars, time of updating and beginning ,Account statistic, Balance /Equity chart and so on as screenshot that attached in below..
anyway i am thinking of reinstalling of my laptop OS although it is unpleasant for me cause I will lost my applicable soft wares.
I am looking forward to your response before reinstalling my OS.

Please be sure that the required files exist in the correct folder of the Data Source.

To check that, please navigate to Control Panel -> Data Sources. Select the correct Data source on the left. Then click on the "Open Data Directory" link. Check if the files are there.

Check also the base file name is correct. Do that in Control Panel -> Symbols. Select the Data source at top of the page. Select the correct symbol. Then see the base file name and a filename example at the bottom of the page.

If everything is fine and FSB Pro still does not find the data, restart the program.

If you still cannot figure it out, post screenshots of the Control Panel pages and your data directory.
We will find and solve the problem for sure.

Had to change it to English: USA, h:mm:ss, anyways he said he was gonna patch it in the next version of FSB Pro smile

This is the format the data.csv has to be in to work:

The problem must be other.

Please go to Control Panel -> Data Sources page.

Select "FSB Demo Data" data source and click on the "Open Data Directory" link. It will open the currently set folder.
See if it is the folder with your data files.
