Check if Builder has the same settings as the market you trade (minimum lot size, lot step, slippage, swaps...).

2. Check if the indicators has the same values in Builder and Trader

3. Check the signals execution

Start the strategy on a clean chart, without open positions. Monitor the signals.
Check if:
- the entry point is where it shout be.
- the adding on reducing happens on the desired places
- the exit is on the desired place.

If the strategy trades according to its logic, it means that it's probably overoptimized.
If the signals are not executed on the designed level, check whether the indicators rise the same signals in Builder and Trader.
