I believe i see the problem from the scr you provided.
It seems you have account with your broker that works on 5 digits feed. There is a special symbol name like EURUSD- or EURUSD.
The problem is you opened chart with wrong symbol name like EURUSD.

"Trade is disabled" indicates that the use of EAs is prohibited. You are better off with contacting your broker as it is not FST related.
