I don't believe there is any way to apply a comment to the trade in MT4 although you could modify the 'MT4-FST Export' EA to do this if you really wanted to.  If you are looking at a way to tell the difference between traded made by different strategies, then take a look at the magic number functionality in MT4 as this is what it does.
