It uses the latest development stage of dokuwiki with the new default template.
I like dokuwiki much more than wordpress. It's easier to add / edit pages and to place cross links. Templates are also simpler. And the best advantage is that users can edit and expands the info.
Also dokuwiki doesn't use data bases, which makes archiving and transferring of the site easier.

After testing the new design, we'll apply it to forexsb.com.
