the problem is partly solved
the point was, that my broker had on fixed spread
a dot as a suffix which FsT did not transmitt correctly
On variable spread there is no such suffix that is why it is working there
Meanwhile i us varable spread now.

But how can i manaage to work the Fst also on fixed spread with that suffix

I have suffixes in my account also but it has been trading for me fine. To my understanding FST loads the symbols from the broker first, if trades are sent they are all correct in that sense.

You know what, save the log file or make a screenshot when orders are sent but error is thrown, that will show if right suffixes are being used by FST.

Thank you for your email.

Seems like you are trying to trade a variable symbol in a fixed demo account.

The suffix for each spread is the following:

ECN: EURUSD-
Variable: EURUSD
Fixed: EURUSD.

We would advise that you make sure the symbols in your EA match the symbols displayed in the Market Watch panel of your MT4 platform as this could be an issue.

pls advise what to do

Something else i recognized maybe this could have coused the failure
When i staarted the Strategy trader the warning is coming up
Reading Configuration File: the objectpointer was not determined to an ojectentity

please advise what is wrong here

this is the reply from my broker
They say that they did not disable the EA
i use now MT4 ver 432

reply:
Be sure that your EA matches the symbols (suffiix) on your live and demo account.

The suffix for each spread is the following:

ECN: EURUSD-
Variable: EURUSD
Fixed: EURUSD.

Support suggest contacting your EA provider and inquire on how to modify the EA to include instruments with or without a suffix.

1. if you get "trade disabled" error with any EA;
2. you ask directly from your broker why there is "trade is disabled" error and is it a temporary thing or not.

Have you recently updated your MT to a newer build?

Who's your broker? How symbol names look like, GBPUSD or with a suffix (GBPUSDm)? Other than that you are better of with contacting your broker as it is not FST related. "Trade is disabled" indicates that the use of EAs is prohibited.

i try to use this trader in MT4 ver 4.19
i filled in the ID Numer and ebabled the DLL ect.as mentioned by you
The smily on the right corner on MT4 is coming up
But when the Trader should trade the following message is coming up
2012.06.08 11:39:50 '217677965': order sell 0.10 GBPUSD opening at 1.5432 sl: 1.5454 tp: 1.5422 failed [Trade is disabled]

What can i do to solve this problem
