Ran the Analyzer and was shown with below chart. So, base on the analyzer chart, is my strategy Over-Optimized?

How over-optimized is considered as over-optimized? ;-)

Below is the equity chart for my strategy with starting deposit USD 3k and ending equity USD 20k after 50k bars since March 2004.
