The indicator has to be coded for C#, which can be done by trying to figure out the MQ4 code and doing the same thing in C# for FSB. It's a good exercise as it's probably one of  the best ways to learn what your indicator is really about, I'm happy to provide tips and help if I can to help users port their MT4 indicator to FSB.
