Yeah Krog, how's it going with the Gann stuff?

To be honest, I wrote down somewhere a few ideas and directions, but I haven't tested them. I think I have to develop better understanding and a novel concept to really make sense of it. Time will tell.

It has 3 settings, they are mostly for what to do if the current bar does not make a newer high or low:

Consolidation Preference -- the indicator will prefer Consolidation, or no longer consider there to be an up or down trend; inside bars cancel the trend

Continuation Preference -- considers the last trend to continue, as if the current bar is a pause in the trend

Directional Preference -- the direction of the body is the tie breaker; if the body is in same direction as the previous trend, the trend is considered to continue; if the body is opposite direction, the the previous trend is considered canceled

I think it mostly worked, feel free to try out and let me know how it goes.

Ahmed, have you used this nrp ZZ in MT5?

I've been looking at its source, can't stop scratching the back of my head... Does it really work fine?

And the hits part - should the minimum be always 2, not 1?

It's not ready yet, we are still testing. If you want to help test, try again in a few days, just now the wiki has a problem and cannot attach files.
If you want to use it, wait until the confirmed final version is posted. That should be mid - December or so.

By the way nice work and i need to know if you test the indicator , because i test it on the FST and it miss most of trades found by FSB  !! did you see that behaviour also "i mean the 1st beta indicator "

I have not tested on FST, to test for FST-FSB missing trades.

Ah ok I see, in that case, I think the indicator must be Open Filter (after Bar Closing) only. It is impossible to know the color of the bar until after the bar closes.

yes  and i think indicator logic will be reliable and results will be more stable if we wait one bar to see where its high and low are !!!
