and Previous High Low ( we must not wait for the candle to close ). It's one or the other.

Long
The percent change rises ( use previous bar value)
and
Enter long at the previous high ( do not use previous bar value)
and
Enter no more than once a bar
Exit long
The percent change falls (  do not use previous bar value)
And
The bar hits below the previous low ( we must not wait for the candle to close )

The opposite for short
