Check your first image. For #XAUUSD The file names have to start with #XAUUSD .
For XAUUSD the files start with XAUUSD.

FSB uses strict name convention. XXXXXpppp.csv
Where XXXXX is the exact name of the symbol
pppp is the period in minutes.
