It looks like the files under the zip are read-only and I am not able to change the permission even running as admin on my machine. Can you please check and change them?

We uploaded the source code of the FST dll file MT4-FST Library.dll at GitHub: https://github.com/PopovMP/MT4-FST-Library.dll

If you want to compile the code, please use MS VS2008 C++. This is necessary only because FST distribution comes with VS2008 C++ redistribution package.
