please help me build a strategy
with the following rules

in the 4 hour chart (conditions to buy)
5 exponenatial moving average crosses the 10 exponential moving average up
rsi (9) is higher than 50
stochastics (5,3,3) are slopping up
MACD is coming from negative position to becoming positive

then place a buy signal in the minute chart if and only if the 4hour conditions have been fully met!

buy in 15 minute chart only if

5 exponenatial moving average is greater than the 10 exponential moving average
rsi (9) is higher than 50 and is sloping up
stochastics (5,3,3) are slopping up (do not buy if stochastic are higher than 70)
MACD is coming from negative position to becoming positive

stop loss to be 30pips
