could you clarify by what you mean enable MT4 expert advisers or advise how to do this

I have all of the above as you have highlighted but the smiley face is not there. Its marked as x. What should i do to resolve this problem.

From the MT4 screenshot I see that it woks in a single instance mode. That means that FST must be in a single mode also. If you have set "Allow multiple working copies...", you have to set Connection ID = 0.
