I don't know where the problem is.
Ducas gives me that format for my Bulgarian localization:

Time,Open,High,Low,Close

Probably you have to ask for solution in the Ducas forums.

I am localized in France and even with localization changed to US it does not work

Seems like a computer localization problem, but as I understand it was already fixed by Popov

I have fixed another problem: when localisation is Russian, for example, but the decimal separator is dot (should be comma for Russian). In that case .NET cannot parse string value from the text file to a double number. To workaround this FSB checks the decimal separator and converts it to the correct one.

In that particular case the column separator and decimal separator are same and FSB doesn't know where a column finishes.

FSB checks different variant for the column separators and decimal separators but they must not be equal.

Now I see the problem, instead of this

it should be

1.32809,1.32809,1.32784,1.32786

Seems like a computer localization problem, but as I understand it was already fixed by Popov, nevertheless can you tell me what's your localization setting?

The problem of your data file is that the column separator is comma and the number decimal separator is also comma.
You can try changing your location to US so that Ducascopy can save the files with dot as a decimal separator.

I have downloaded several time frames and the tick file.... and when I try to import.. nothing appears.

Can someone tell me what to do to troubleshoot...
