In that old times it was possible. Now we try to make FSB comfortable for the users and all functions are accessible from the visual interface.
Sorry. You cannot set batch process at the moment. But if you specify what exactly you need of, we can incorporate these features in next versions.

This would be most useful, as then a script can be writtten to run FSB on a list of strategies. To complete the batch process, have FSB save the output into separate files.
