Do I understand correctly that FST opens 1.0 lot, but you want it to be 0.1? If so, it can be changed in the Strategy Properties field (->Trading Size). 
The photo is ok, nothing wrong there 
1 lot is always 100000 and 0.1 lot is therefore 10000.

Unfortunalty this is not always true:
Dukas copy 1lot is 1Mil [1.000.000]
IBFX micro account:1lot is 10k [10.000]
usualy MT4 borkers are 1lot = 100.000, FXCM one of them.
