			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>These are OK. </p><p>Forex Strategy Trader uses two methods for updating market conditions:<br /> - Tick. When there is a new tick MT sends an event to FST.<br /> - Ping. When there is no ticks for more then a second, FST sends a ping to MT. Some times this ping finds a new price just arrived and not yet reported via a tick event.</p><p>These messages are normal. I&#039;m going to remove them in the next release of FST.</p>]]></content>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>It&#039;s not normal. It happens when the computer is overloaded (one core processor). </p><p>Also some kind of software is able to stop MT-FST communication. For example Garmin nRoute stops the connection for 2 seconds every 5 minutes.</p>]]></content>
