You cannot set a multiframe strategy in FSB or FST but you can start the expert (with FST) on different frames simultaneously.  See this thread http://forexsb.com/forum/topic/1301/how … nstrument/

Use "Long or Short" indicator.

Again supposing, Iam using stochastic, but I only want to be going long and not short, will that be possible,(i.e no short orders)?

Here the MT4-FST Expert indicated that its connected but in the FST it does not give me the option to "Start Automatic Execution"

but Chart & Operation still crash the FST.

That is a problem and I cannot reproduce it.

The sequence of starting is not important.

I've tested the program under Win XP, Vista and 7 and cannot reproduce crashes.

I can only recommend you reinstall your computer, to apply the latest service packs and to update. Including .NET Framework V2+. English/US localization for any case. An antivirus software is obligatory.

After that you have to install a fresh copy of MT and FSB.

1. MT4 chart must not have the EA.
2. Start the FST
3. Before FST is fully  loaded, attached the EA to the chart.
4. I have treid this a few time to different currency pairs, it successful connect to the MT4 EA but Chart & Operation still crash the FST.

The key element here is the crash of the Chart and Operation tabs even without MT connection.

I'm very surprised of a crash without error message.

Can you check the MD5 sum of the installation file. Use the attached program.

It still crash every time I tried to view the Chart and Operation page even without MT4 running.

FST sends pings every seconds if there is no ticks. I noticed that between the last two pings there is more than a minute delay.

This is not normal. Did you restart your computer? Is it possible for the computer to be overloaded?
Do you open the chart tab or it crashes at every attempt?

This is the log (new log) when I tried it on IBFX where the EA indicates that its connected and then later gets disconnected by itself, maybe here you can find out why

It's ok in the log. After that TI (Ticks are coming) and PI (Ping) from FST to MT are passing.

This is not the problem. It's not possible once to run and other time not if there is a constant error.
There is some dynamic reason. Does Forex Strategy Builder work normally?
