			<title type="html"><![CDATA[Error Running on WinXP]]></title>

			<content type="html"><![CDATA[<p>I installed the program on my Win XP machine. It installed fine, there were no errors. However when I try to run the program I get the following error:</p><p>&quot;The application failed to initialize properly (0x0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.&quot;</p><p>Any clues, anyone?</p>]]></content>
