I tried to reproduce the problem 30 times and do not succeed.
However, I can make the button going from light green to dark green if I press the left mouse button over the Accept button then move the cursor out of the button and release the mouse button there - like trying to drag - drop the Accept button.

Try to click Accept on your usual way and try to stabilize the mouse before clicking. Is this the issue. The button will become light green again if you click outside of it.

(I have a very light mouse - about 47 grams. I have similar problems when I try to double-click on a word when programming. The mouse moves slightly between the clicks and do not register a double click.)

The work-around is to manually edit the strategy rules to match the optimised values.

I'd still like to know why the Accept button doesn't always work though...

Hi all,

I'm running an optimisation in EA Studio. It finds a better strategy and the "Accept" button turns green. But when I press the Accept button nothing happens (except that the button goes from light green to dark green). The new strategy is not accepted and it is not saved to the collection. This only happens on rare occasions, but in those circumstances when it does happen there appears to be nothing I can do to fix it.

Has anyone else had this problem? Why does it happen? Is there a solution or a work-around?

Thanks!
