Topic: how to convert indicator mq4 to FSB

More than half a year successfully used indicator Heiken Ashi Ma T3.mq4.
Mind there can be converted to FSB.

I don't have the software to test this indicator but I would like to know more about it:

Is it an indicator or a strategy?
What timeframe is it used for?
What is the T3 part?

All I need to know is the logic and the indicator settings
